We are Gabriela and Dan, two photographers based in Bucharest who treat each portrait as a small work of art: we seek the light, the tones and the way an expression reveals who the person in front of the lens really is. How do we work? We start with a conversation: we learn the context for the photos, what you want to communicate and which platform they will be used on. Based on that conversation we determine style, background, lighting and an outfit guide. Sessions can take place in our studio, at your home or at an on-location setting that represents you — a flexible approach designed to create comfort and naturalness. During the session we guide you gently, suggesting simple poses and genuine expressions; we don’t force gestures, we discover them together. After the shoot we pay special attention to post-processing: we edit colors with care and refine tones to preserve a painterly aesthetic without unnecessary effects. Our goal is to deliver professional, authentic portraits ready for the online world (professional profiles, CVs, personal websites) and for print if you wish.
